Thing I liked best is that even powered up Lion-O still wasn't quite in He-Man's league (comment about the difficulty of lifting the statues), but it was brains that beat He-Man's brawn (once Lion-O had sufficient brawn to not be squished like a bug by a berserker He-Man).

Nope. Those are the Hover Robots. They were Skeletor's army builders in the old cartoon. In the old mini comics Skeletor used monsters, demons, orcs and goblins as foot soldiers. In the 2002 cartoon he had gargoyles, skeleton warriors, and Shadow Beasts for his armies.

Really this mini series is how the Fantasy comics should be handled. Fun, action, and lots of creative immagination. I really hope that DC will continue the MOTU and Thundercats comics, after this mini series ends.
