I dropped the show arround season 4 because I was kind of getting tired of the "weird shit happen" thing over and over again with nothing much beyond that. Did the show got better with latter seasons? Should I pick it up again or just watch the final for closure?

I liked the callback to the first episode, which was immediately recognizable even though I've hardly seen any of the show.

Also kek'd at what's-her-face disappearing after she ran out of the news studio, and CJ being completely absent.

SU, Wakfu, and Star vs have all wowed me in the last year. The Music Hole AT episode really got to me too but I'm not sure if that counts as wowed.

Rewatched JLU a year ago the first time since I saw it as a kid, and the episode where Superman gets Starro'd really got me.
I think it's because I didn't expect to see an episode that deep in the cartoon for kids. Especially that early in the series
