FFS, I was halfway through season 5, marathoned the entire thing ASAP, but accidentally read that pops died while I was browsing /co/ and then over the next day I got so fucking fed up and just watched the end of the finale.


Fuck it.

It was beautiful.

I loved this show so much.

It began when I was in 8th grade and it's ending while I'm nearly done with college.

There hasn't been a show that's actually gotten me so fucking sad over it ending in a long fucking time.

I never believed the end of Regular Show would make me feel so much. Hell, I've only watched the final episode two times and I couldn't stop sobbing feeling like my heart was torn apart on both.
Never would I believe at my almost 20 years of age I would be watching cartoons, neither I expected to love them even more than as a child.
I have to thank all of them, specially JG and Sam for working on their dreams to make them come true, a dream we could all share.
'I know you're sad but I promise this is a happy ending.'

If you're still here you could start at the last episode of season 6 and the rest from there and be about up to date, but if that's too much, I think the episodes you'd need to watch are S7E5, S7E30, S7E33-39, but S7E25 is pretty awesome. As for season 8, you can either watch it all because it's really good but the plain lore episodes are S8E1-3, S8E7, S8E15, S8E21&23 and then S8E26 until the end. But I would recommend watching all of Season 8, just because it's good. When Heroes started playing a legit teared up.

Besides it being my favorite Bowie song, it was just a great song to end that episode.

I'm planning on re-watching the entire series on my off time from work because Mordo's relationships drama hits so close to home, you can spend entire years of your life chasing after the wrong girl or two only to fall in to someones arms you never expect. Its so true to life, and its like revisiting the last 10 years of my life.

Forever my fave episode

I grew up on this show, it came out when I was 13. Foxtel/CN here in Australia shafted the timeslots for the show constantly and as always were behind a good 2 seasons so I pretty much lived off of online streaming. Just finished watching the finale at 2am and I feel empty, like a part of my childhood has ended. Any suggestions for shows to watch/rewatch to capture the nostalgia?

Seeing people that are people old enough to use this board but young enough to have shows like Adventure Time and Regular Show be a staple of their childhood is a sobering reminder that I'm falling out of touch with the average anon around here.

I'm not joking. I'm not baiting. I am also not trying to start shit.

A lot of anons are underage because they come here from other sites, not that those sites are technically bad, but the kids from there came here when they want to talk about their favorite series. It's obvious that about 70% of /co/, give or take, is underage.

I know there's a few adults at least like myself but it's still obvious they're not the majority like they used to be.

It was good, but I didn't like the sudden resolve. Pops dies, and then they're back home where we finally find out that somehow everyone was un-erased. Then it goes through a montage of everyone's lives super quickly that you only have so much time to see what happened. I just wish they had taken a little more time to let the return to Earth ferment.

On the other hand, Heroes was good, going into The Naive Man from Lolliland was good, and starting off the episode from The Power was good.

I forgot how animated they used to be in the first season.
