I hated it as a kid too, but I only think it was because whenever Cartoon Cartoon top 5 came on, Number 1 was always an episode of KND. And I recall CN airing certain episodes ad nauseum.

Most of the older shows /co/ props up as gold were dog shit. I couldn't stand KND.

I liked Kids Next Door enough but even as a kid it didn't do a ton for me because it (mostly) had the tone of a comedy wasn't really funny. I would love if a big fan could point me to a scene that they consider "funny", because the show always came off as just settling for "fun".

Kids Next Door was decent. Most of those mid 00's cartoons are alright. Not as memorable as many 90s cartoons. Quality started to tank after about 08 or so.

Real talk, I liked KND better when it was more self contained. Just Sector V and the kid's world nonsense was mostly imagined.

Nonsense it was great. The episode where they find the old school under theirs and the hoth spoof one are kino
