Because most kids don't have a muscle fetish and most cartoonists just see that as a funny gag where a guy is so strong, his muscles dust its "hands" off.

I have no idea why /co/ thinks because they're degenerates, there's something obviously wrong or inappropriate with the content. A character getting huge, comical muscles is just a classic joke. And it's funnier on women, which is why people do it.
