Honestly the one they went with fills the role the best. All the concept art ones look too intimidating for a character that is supposed to be a loving dad. Others look too old (character is immortal but if you're going for 'dad' he shouldn't look like a grandpa.) especially considering how energetic the character is.

I watched this movie with a jewish friend once. She burst out laughing at that part. Turns out "bum biddy bum" is used as a placeholder when they don't know the hebrew lyrics to a song but still want to sing along.
