The whole show is just meme humor. Archer says something almost funny once and then repeats it for the next two seasons. No wonder reddit loves it.

Steven Universe

Archer is definitely over-rated.

It's like Sunny in that everyone in the show is a completely irredeemable asshole, but for some reason the show wants us to also be emotionally invested in their failures and successes which DOES NOT work.

Nevermind it's just not funny on top of it.

it's a great show because of Adam Reeds excellent writing, it's a barely passable show in terms of design and animation. but if you are walking away because of a mostly minor flaw in a very well written show than you a shit anyway.
