I find it annoying over all as the time he helps it is one of the lamest Deus ex Machina I have seen. And the time that he doesn't he serves no purpose other then to highlight "this shit got real man!" in a very annoying and unoriginal way. Still the fact that not all of his appearances are Deus ex Machina shows some intelligence on the writers, but the smartest thing is just not to have him.

He's best used when treated like G-Man, fucking off somewhere in the background to show that like >>89080268 said, some big thing is happening.
