I don't know man, he solved a lot of problems in dumb ways like super ventriloquism or moving the planet out of the way of an asteroid instead of moving the asteroid. he's definitely intelligent as he can make the most convoluted and complicated plans as well as complex machines.
he often lets dumb people have dangerous toys and never assumes his opponent is going to use kryptonite.
