Ok, what is up with that exchange between Luthor and Supes ? Wasn't it the whole point of N52 Superman that he was younger, brasher and quicker to jump the gun than the old Superman ? And why did he even investigate him, wasn't Luthor up to this point portrayed as doing at least some of the things the old Luthor did and having similar relationship with his Supes, with them just being a few years younger ? He was clearly a super-villain in the past, at least part of it had to be public.
