What would a cartoon designed by H.R giger look like?

It won't ever look like anything because he's dead and nobody on Earth can draw spooky baby faces and cyborg vaginas as well as he did.

It wouldn't really work. He drew random shit and threw sex organs on everything. Some of it was creepy but the vast majority of it sucked. I don't see him being able contribute enough decent designs for a whole cartoon.

That's more a Cronenberg superhero. The space jockey suit is a good outfit, though. Maybe something like Blue Beetle or the Guyver where someone finds a living suit and it becomes them.
