Batman, by killing superman, would become a villain, a criminal. The bat creature he saw in his parents crypt was the actually a reflection of what criminals saw him as

so?

Superman is not a legal citizen of any country in these movies, so technically he would not be committing a crime.

So, he went on his self destructive journey anyway, becoming his own doomsday

murder is illegal in the US regardless if the victim is a citizen or not

The Batmonster is also a reference to a deleted scene from the Val Kilmer batman movie.

Citizen's arrest, nigga. And then when Superman fought back, it would have been self defense. Without the bat costume, which brings up the whol vigilante thing, he would have been legally safe. Hell, he could have done it as Bruce Wayne and had his billion dollar lawyers get his ass free while being morally and legally right.

Just watched that deleted scene...It kinda looked like they were gonna kiss

Don't ruin my headcanon of it just being ptsd from Man-Bat.

If Batman wanted to kill Superman, why he didnt ade Kryptonite bullets?
The first thing that happened, is that Batman fired fucking multiple useless bullets at Supes and he just stood there.
The fight would have ended in 5 seconds.
Hell, he could have taken him even more by surprise if just 11 or so bullets were kryptonite, in the middle of the normal ones.

It's actually man-bat.
