How does one go about joining an organization like HYDRA/AIM/Cobra/etc. and what does the hiring process/initiation consist of?
It's not real. You can't actually join them.

supervillain craigslist
>/hydra/ crossposting yet AGAIN

Job fairs? Id imagine colleges are great for this kind of thing.

Obviously I meant in-universe, but thank you.

I don't know about organizations like HYDRA, but I could definitely see Boomerang and Shocker using Craigslist to recruit for their iteration of the Sinister Six.
All you gotta do is just get a legitimate job. All companies is owned by Hydra. And government too. Government jobs is Hydra
If you're not Hydra already, you're probably an Avengers
There's little to no consistency

Look for a sign saying "Church of Scientology"
>Hey, are you tight on cash?
>Yeah, but who isn't these days.
>Don't I know it. Here, let me help you out. Work for us and you'll get good pay. Don't worry if you get caught, we have people everywhere, we'll bail you out.
I remember that AIM requires members have a PhD.

>Karl has a PhD
This is the most surprising thing I've heard in a very long time.

I figure its the same way people get sucked up into pyramid schemes.
also imagine all those vets who get out of their service and have trouble reintegrating into society? something like HYDRA would easily be a "good" environment for them to fit into.

well they're all superscientists.
not to the degree of Reed, Doom, Stark and all them, but they have to be pretty damn smart to even be useful to the organization (outside of manual labor)

See, I figured all the faceless goons were just meat shields for the higher ups or guinea pigs and what have you.
>>88994713
They are, these ones just so happen to require higher education
>>88994939
I think we should applaud AIM for employing all these poor post-grad students and helping eliminate student loan debt.
>>88994971
Indeed Grad students need jobs too.
