When did you stop paying for comics?

About a year ago. I was only picking up a few books anyway and I just didn't feel like I was getting good value. These days I just read storylines and pick up occasional trades

Never, because I realize that if I pirate them, then I don't have the right to complain when more of the stuff I like doesn't get made.

I buy in single issue the book I care about and don't want canceled (Sonic, Sonic Universe, Street Fighters and Megaman before cancellation).

For the rest I buy trade or big book about old story. I totally dropped Marvel and reading DC single issue while waiting for the trade.
