I wish they had more villains with the power-drain ability in media. Even in Jojo, when they had Boy II Man, it only showed up briefly and its fight fucking sucked.

Hank Henshaw or Max Lord, most likely.
It's hard to consider Sinestro and Black Adam full-on villains anymore, and Luthor and Darkseid have gotten too much exposure as of late for me.
