Cars 2 was terrible. Just a series of Larry the Cable Guy bumbling around, fucking stuff up.
Cars at least had a bit of heart. Not much but it was there.

I think they are intentionally keeping the trailer vague.
I bet you the final cut of the movie will not be all that different from the previous two.
I'd really love for them to go in a more mature direction.
