I'm rather fond of Daphne.

Date Daphne Marry Velma.

Daphne's design is too bland. Nothing to really catch the eye. Velma is memorable and the only useful character.

Real Daphne would not be as bland and would be hotter, but as a cartoon, Velma all the way.

Velma because she's both hot and actually useful.

I would say she has more personality, but honestly I think what's really the case is that Daphne's whole character revolves around being hot, while Velma is smart and just so happens to be hot, giving Velma the illusion of having more personality when in reality she's a flat character as well.

Velma's more my type aesthetically but she's something of a killjoy in multiple versions of the IP. She also comes off as one of the more annoying kind of know-it-alls.

Daphne's kinda not my type at all on any level. But I think I'd get along with her more than Velma because most versions of her come across as genuinely supportive and more often than not, non-judgmental.

But when it comes down to it, the best friend to make in the Mystery Inc crew is obviously Shaggy
