There's a lot of episodes I love, but some of my favorite episodes besides the Beatles reference episode were

The episode with the evil father supervillain that lived next door to the PPG
The episode where they stayed indoors due to it being rainy outside
The one where the Powerpuff Girls befriend a girl named Robin
The one where Mojo Jojo pretends to be a girl named Mojesia
And the one where The Powerpuff Girls enter 50 years into the future into an alternative timeline
The debut of The Rowdyruff Boys (one of the most popular episodes of the series)

Honestly, this is probably my favorite show of the Cartoon Cartoons

I haven't seen the later seasons in quite a while, but I remember finding some to be good, while others, like the crying episode and the sunburn episode to be annoying.

You should look into Wander Over Yonder if you haven't already. It won't beat PPG, but it's of course by the same guy, and it's really fun. Easily the most cartoony cartoon in the current age.

I don't know the general consensus, but See Me Feel Me Gnomey is one of my favorite episodes of all time.

Also, the one where Mojo Jojo is surpassed by an invading Galactus expy only for him to flip his shit at the end, beat the living shit out of the alien, force him to live and being hailed as a hero against his will.

And Speed Demon. That one too.
