But you were told incorrectly, Carol out powers Tony by quite a bit, the fact that Stark's biggest gun requires energy put him at a disadvantage against Carol who can absorb and redirect most forms of energy (magic being an exception). Then if Carol goes Binary, well that's a whole other mess.

I am, the lightening bolt I believe was lifted from Storm's costume, remember, Carol hung out with the X-men a lot back in the day, but the main features of her costume that is hers and hers alone is the scarf / sash. While the current costume does have it I feel like it's a detail that just gets over looked because there is so much going on with that uniform already.
