He's a really cool character and I like him a lot. It helps how his design is simple but slick looking. When he tries to be cool (around Margaret or like in the episode Cool Bikes) it's a different kind of cool, the generic social interpretation of cool, and I think it comes off as charming still.

He's one of my favorite characters and JG's voice suits him just well, since he's such a laid back nice guy.

He's less of an asshole in the later seasons, I guess. He used to punch Rigby for fun even though it visibly hurt him and left him on the floor a couple times unable to move.

Rigby was also an equal asshole but he never directly harmed Mordecai, he just uses his words without thinking them through. He's dumb, Mordecai's just an asshole.

He's not so bad recently I don't think.

They stopped the comics in 2015 but production-release times went until late 2016. They will not bother doing anything else with them either. No exceptions, this show is dead and will be gone by a few weeks after the show has ended.

Season 3 Bluray was scheduled too but taken off and forgotten. There were also toys of the baby ducks planned to be shipped to Toys-R-Us in 2015 but nothing ever happened and was presumed cancelled.

If it hasn't hit the shelves/digital listings directly available for purchasing at that very moment, it can change. Things also (rarely) get pulled off the shelves quickly after release if releaser doesn't want it out anymore. I heard that happened with the seasons 1-2 bundle and the 3rd season in a lot of stores in the USA. Though it wasn't quickly, it was just as of mid-2016.

I'm going to miss every single character as if I knew them in real life. After 6 years I feel like I've bonded with these fictional guys, and I'll feel empty ones their escapades stop.

Reruns aren't the same, because it's not a new adventure with them still carrying on through life, it's just watching something they previously did.

I hope Cheer Up Pops is a good character-based episode where everyone's together before the war. Except Eileen because she doesn't fit into the Park dynamic. She's fine but I don't want her squeezed into everyone being "together".

Reminder the Regular Show finale is only 30 minutes so we're not getting a decent ending. Not by a long shot. Everything's going to be rushed as fuck and I'm going to feel like bashing my head against a wall when it happens.

They still fire lasers in substitutes of Guns, they still say "kill" and "die" sometimes, and if your show has yelling on a kid's channel like this one does it gets noted because it'll scare the kids.

Benson's yell is what counts, but I think the terrified shrieks of the characters when they're in danger counts too, depending on how they do it. Being shocked for a second like "Wuah!" doesn't, but the kind of screams they do when they're drawn stretched and sharp with their eyes slanted does.

I'm sure I'm missing other things too, I think they're drunk acts of eating wings are another factor. Same for their use of "Soda".

I think the ending of the show is going to be Mordecai and Rigby surviving the universal restart and entering some kind of meta plane of existence.
From this plane they can hope back into their body at any point it existed merging the knowledge and experiences of this iteration with the next iteration.

This is probably how Earl retains knowledge through universal restarts..
I don't know if this event gives them a Pops tattoo or it's something Earl does on himself and people he preemptively grooms to help Pops.
