I watch dubs in english if it sounds natural in english. If, like this show, the VAs are speaking faster than normal cadence to match the mouths of the characters or just mumbling into the mic because they just want their paycheck, I would rather read subs and be more immersed.

I don't watch much anime, but I prefer dubs because I hate the sound of the Jap language. French isn't too bad, but I watched it way before the dub was available, and there was nothing out of place sounding from what I recall. I don't know a lick of it, but it sounded right.

The dub though is the worst fucking shit I've heard. I especially hate the grating voice they gave Raul, holy fuck, it's so obviously some young guy trying to sound old, and Sadlygrove, wtf is that? It's all awful, aside from the fact they have to speak at the speed of light to kind of match the lips, there is absolutely no talent behind the dub. Just read the subtitles. It'll also distract you from the repeating animations they use that I didn't notice till I tried the dub.

It depends really. Sometimes dubs can be of such bad quality that it's actually preferable to listen to them in their original language. Stuff like bad sound-mixing, bad voice direction, bad voice acting, and changes to the script that are drastically different from the original. Wakfu in particular has some pretty bad sound-mixing that makes the voice acting much louder than the rest of the audio and some bad voice direction. I'll watch the dub over subtitles as long as it's serviceable and doesn't actually detract from the quality of the show/movie because I really dislike reading subtitles. Wakfu is one of those unfortunate cases where it does.
