I like it because it's a show about kids just being ordinary kids which has become quite rare. The voice acting is good, the comedy can be pretty funny and it also has a really nice overall artstyle which is reminiscent of newspaper comic strips.

People who let fanbases spoil something for them are really quite petty. /co/ sexualises everything, no exceptions, and it's been that way for a long time. If that bothers people I have to question why they're even here.

The majority of the modern /co/ userbase were brought here from tumblr. They've watched all the "Nickelodeon is bad nao!!" youtuber videos, only care about muh lore, and show up on this board only when Steven Universe airs or leaks a new episode. They're completely foreign to the culture of the website, but are allowed to prosper because the site staff here only cares about non-adblocked hits rather than board quality.
