Pacing is abominable, it jumps all over the place with no warning, Lana is established as being neurotic but not particularly sympathetic, Lex's sister comes off as ridiculously competent despite her circumstances and at the expense of Lex's competency... In general it's got a really downer feel and Lana's had like one victory so far compared to losing Lois, slowly dying, being psycho about her medication and the resulting drama with Steel, and Lex's sister succeeding at all the evil stuff she's done without so much as a hiccup in any of her plans.

Okay so, basically, Sam Lane (who was thought dead after OWaW) is secretly alive and running a super-sketchy anti-Superman black ops military ops team.

People trust Superman less, because he found Argo City on Brainiac's ship and deshrunk it, making a whole mess of Supermans, including Zod and Supergirl's parents. They eventually move to a New Krypton they built after being general super-pains in the butt to Earth. Superman goes too, and is filled in for on Earth by Mon-El (a version who hadn't been to the future yet, IIRC)

Also, Chris Kent comes back from the Phantom Zone a teenager, possesed by the Kryptonian God Nightwing, and banging Supergirl's childhood friend, who is possesed by the Flamebird.

The ending really, really soured the whole thing in a lot of ways.

There was so much quality Krypton worldbuilding through the whole arc that basically fast fowarding into "and then New Krypton blew up and Superman and Supergirl were the only Kryptonians again" just made it feel all so pointless.
