I feel like I'm one of the few people here who loves 4chan primarily because I get to talk about cartoons without restrictions. Using a place with a username, like a forum, just guarantees that it will eventually turn into a circlejerk where if you say one opinion the majority of the userbase disagrees with, they'll shit on you and all future posts will be followed by people refusing to read your shit because (you) said it. Trying to enforce enough rules to prevent that, like ToonZone, results in sluggish, dull, conversation.

4chan also attracts people of all minds. One person here might think How To Train Your Dragon is the best shit ever while someone else might think it's the worse and they're both of equal value. Whereas again, on certain sites, the majority of an opinion rules and if you disagree, you're the odd man out. Shows like Steven Universe can both thrive and suffer on /co/. It's actually refreshing. I fucking love being anonymous and talking to other anons.

The only real problem this place suffers from is an obsession over "waifu" stuff which results the lack of discussion on certain cartoons that have too many guy characters, like Pig Goat Banana Cricket, or too many threads that are just, "This is ____. Say something nice about her!" or "___ is cute. CUTE!".

Question, we know the dominant emotion stands on the middle because the person has a lot to do with that, but how about the others? Does it matter how the other emotions are ordered? Are the emotions closer to the leader the second and third most used (tracing a parallel with second and third in command) while also being often combined between each other more frequently?

No, I love small contained stories (This, Lilo and Stitch, Toy Story, Ernest and Celestine) and it just feels like awhile since we've had one of those. Most animated movies feature a, "BLANK has to save BLANK or it will be the end of BLANK as we know it!!" and while that isn't bad, a small story about just characters growing is really appreciated.

I feel like if Lilo and Stitch were made by Disney today, they would include a sub-plot about how if they don't capture Stitch within a certain amount of time, they'll just destroy the whole island as a pre-caution to give the movie a "ticking time bomb" element.

A few years ago I would have said Joy and Sadness combined.

But I realized I was letting them rule me so I killed them off one by one and replaced them with better, friendlier versions of themselves who listen to me most of the time. Even the sixth emotion (Lust/Want).

But I've never stopped being wary of Joy. It decided that it was me, that I had abandoned my life due to depression and it had the right to control me while Sadness kept me down and Rage and Lust distracted me. If I hadn't noticed Disgust had died at some point I'd probably still be that incredibly unbalanced, slightly sociopathic idiot who only wanted to dance as the world burned down around him.
