Well I marathoned the entire show during finals week (no regrets) and I really enjoyed it. It's a light hearted show that doesn't takes itself too seriously but can still hold its own. A few episodes were mediocre sure but most of the episodes were quite funny and enjoyable. Certain moments truly caught me off guard and made me belly laugh and that's hard to find from most cartoons I've seen. And the plot is surprisingly solid. What is Toffees plan? What kind of dark secrets will Star discover? What will Ludo achieve with Star's book? And as others have stated, I also really enjoy the continuity they use throughout the show. Small things that change here and there end up being permanent. And lastly, I enjoy the emotional aspect. I liked the end of season one. The sadness we felt when star recited the whispering spell, the suspense when we realized Toffee was winning. The emotional tension we get with Star at the end of the last episode. I like the chemistry between Star and Marco, and I'll admit, I'm a Starco supporter, but I still enjoy the character development we got between Marco and Jackie.
In the end, I just think it's a nice comfy show that I enjoy rather thoroughly.

New Years story prompt:

A prequel where younger middle school Marco is at a New Years Party and trying to work up the nerve to talk to Jackie with hopes of getting a New Years kiss. As he tries to find her and think of how to approach her, Janna follows him and continuously reminds him of all sorts of superstitions around the New Years kiss: if he doesn’t get one he’ll be lonely for a year, and so on and so on, including a few morbid ones that Janna obviously made up herself.

The final countdown starts, and Marco knows he has missed his chance. As the final seconds tick away, he sighs and resigns himself to a year of loneliness or whatever other slew of curses that Janna has spent hours telling him about. Then Janna kisses him.

“Janna!” he sputters, jumping back and wiping his mouth. “What are you doing?”

“Making sure I don’t have a bad year,” replies Janna with a mysterious smile. “Happy New Year, Marco.”

The Shipwar AU involves Starco's daughter and Jarco's son coming back from two alternate futures to try to prevent Jackie and Star respectively from dating Marco. The girl who keeps vanishing and reappearing is the (slightly different from the established version) Starco daughter. Basically, Marco is so horrified by the details of Mewnian sex that he's turned off from ever having sex with Star, erasing his future daughter with her. But then she explains something (apparently super kinky) thus reigniting his potential to have sex with Star.

She is not teleporting, she is disappearing from existence, this comic is making reference to another comic was making reference to another webcomic in which that girl is Marco and Star's daughter, the guy on the left is Marco and Jackie's son, both are from two different timelines. The joke is that when Marco learns about mewman reproduction he gets so scared that he would never give Star a baby, so the girl disappears, but when Star gets to the lewd part Marco... well you understand the rest.

In canon, we know that his sensei is a bit of a scatterbrain, and they both have received their "Karate Power" from one of the rarest videotapes in existence.

It is quite possible that a Red Belt from that video series give you like Iron Fist levels of skill and power.

As a note: We know, in-canon, that the Red Belt tape is the eighth in the series, and the series continues up to at least ten or eleven.

Can you imagine? Marco can get even MORE Karate-Power, not to mention the latent might of the Monster Arm and his genius.
