Did the Eds live in a lower middle class neighborhood?
>>88794727
I never realized how close Ed lived to the trailer park. I wonder if they ever watched him sleep.
>>88794727
No.
>>88794727
Pretty much,Probably on the lower side of lower middle class.
>>88794765
In Soviet Rapistan, maybe...
>>88794727
that picture is pretty cool. Do all of the parents work for that factory?
>>88794870
At least not Kevin's Dad, since he works at the Jawbreaker factory
>>88794727
I didn't realize Eddy and Kevin were right next door to each other. That has to be a mutual nightmare.
It's amazing how so much was done with such a small map.
>>88794727
>Edd and Rolf live right next door
CUTE
>>88794727
Nah going by their houses and their Christmas special they were solidly middle middle class
>>88795301
this
By US standard the Kankers were borderline poor/lower middle class.
>living that close to a factory, a junkyard, and a trailer park
Yeah probably.
>>88794727
who lives in that last house?
>>88795404
It's a developing area, so the junkyard and trailer park are probably not going to be there much longer
>>88794727
There was really only one lane? The way the show depicted them made it seem as if there was like a whole grid network or something somewhere.
>>88794727
This just makes the episode where the Ed's have to get to the candy store in 10 minutes even funnier.
>>88795477
They always called it THE lane so I assumed there was just one, but it seemed like it shapeshifted to suit whichever episode needed it.
>>88794727
I never really thought of how everything in the neighborhood lined up before I saw this map. It really helps solidify everything in my head.
Though I still think the Park n Flush is a bit further away than that. They always made it seem like there was a decent amount of area between there and the main Cul-de-Sac
>>88795156
To be fair half of the map is bullshit
Rolf's place is way bigger than that and has animals and crops and is next to the woods so it makes more sense for it to not be near all those other houses and the trailer park is further away since we see the characters go there. Also the show takes place all over the place, this just shows the most common areas and gives you an idea of where is everything more or less but distance and size are changing all the time
>>88795418
Some Guy, probably.
>>88795418
Probably a family with no kids, basically a nonexistent entity to the show's characters.
>>88795477
They always called it "The Cul-de-sac" so I always assumed one lane. Of course, there was that alley.
>>88795301
Everything looks cleaner covered in snow...
>>88795418
>>88795894
>>88795977
Surprised nobody has ever taken the unknown house and made a donut steel that lives there.
>>88796365It's Plank's house, but he's usually at Johnny's place most of the time.
>lower middle class
>developing neighborhood
>close to factory/industrial sector and junkyard, lower property values
>all homes occupied by families with 1-2 children
>possibly illegal trailer park settled in the backyard with no connecting road
>all absent parents, likely out at work doing overtime
>getting a fucking quarter is apparently a strain
Yeah, I'd say it's a lower-middle class community.
>>88794727
Are the Kankers the only people living in the trailer park or are there other people there but they're just never shown?
>>88794727
We know it's certainly not upper class.
>>88796605
Never shown.
>>88796605
There's others, we just never see them. Presumably it's mostly adults.
>>88796583
>getting a fucking quarter is apparently a strain
Eddy has no allowance and all he wants to buy is candy.
>>88796605
It's the same deal as the cul de sac. They're the only important people in the trailer park so they're the only characters who live there.
>>88795418
That's the abandoned house the Ed's explore and that they get married to the Kankers in. The episode is Honor Thy Ed
>>88794727
>The Creek is likely sewage or runoff
Well fuck.
>>88796583
>getting a fucking quarter is apparently a strain
Its a part of that timeless charm. And a part of the way that kids perceive money
Also the other kids clearly have money, such as Johnny paying $20 for a fork or Jimmy paying $5 for golden pants, the Eds just spend their money on jawbreakers.
>>88797066
Shit, those adjectives are making me hungry.
>>88794727
What if they brought back EEnE with the second cul de sac built, with new neighbors included?
>>88797066
>>88796697
>>88796583
i don't get why eddy doesn't just sell's his shit cheaper than 25 cents, just look at jimmy, he was making a killing with that popsicle idea, even the other kids are better at making money than eddy.
not to be a jew or anything, but eddy seems like the kind of guy, that if he saw 25 pennies in front of him, he wouldn't pic them up.
>>88795156
It's impressive how much they stuck with it.
>>88796365
I just got the donut steel pun
I am retarded
>>88794727
>that
>middle class
>>88801175
HOLY SHIT ME TOO
>>88797066
>Orange Drink
>>88800992
>>88795156
Wasn't there an episode where they got jawbreakers but lost them on the way home going through the construction site?
I think they just winged most of it.
>>88795183
What about them?
>>88801286
They could have gone there on the way to Ed's house when they got lost.
>>88794727
No, Peach Creek seems more like a post WW 2 suburb. If it was lower middle class then one of the houses would've been foreclose and boarded up.
>>88802815
Its not boarded up, but
>>88802957
From the Ed's perspective, it's that one creepy house. No way they can get away with meth heads and drug addicts swarming the place.
