Look I'll tell you how I build my Peggy. I put EVERYTHING into Ego. Because, and the tooltop doesn't say this, all of her Boggle based abilities also take Spanish words. And as you know, she has a chance to make ANY word count as a Spanish word, which scales with Ego. So with the Ex-Cheerleader spec and the Substitute Teacher of the Year Award, I have like a 75% chance for 4 letters worth of absolute gibberish to work if I get a bad roll. And the bonus for Qu words is too good not to risk.

Even with the ego debuff for non-words, you can Spin the Choice to get it back. God help you if you lose that spin, though. RNG can fuck you bad.

Peggy is the best class to fuck up the flow of the game. The devs even knew that she was a mess and kept all her bugs. There is a reason you can teach Peggy any two language instead of just Spanish or English.
The best build is based off of maxing out her defense and ego. A max ego unlocks her Spanish Sub job. Then you have to log out and switch your computers default language to French, German, Russian or Korean. You log back in and now you have a non-English language and Spanish. I prefer German since the VA is atrocious.
The trick is to just run around joining random squads, hitting allies, and just being obnoxious using your annoying German and communicating only in Spanish.

Now I'm just scratching the surface of how to abuse her bugs since it's possible to break a game and have to wait for the map to reset. Though the setup needs 5 other Peggie's and a 10 minutes of pure idling.

You could never unlock them, it's a rumor from the reboot from 2010 I think? The devs thought it was really funny, so they modeled Beevus and Butthead and made fake talent trees, those got datamined and nothing ever came of it. Every couple years they add another model like Corholio and everyone gets hyped when it gets datamined, but again, they never do anything with the models.

Moreover the models are incomplete and don't even have animations, so even if you modded the completed models over your character, the models would float there when you moved around

Has anyone here played the Propane Nightmare expac? What's it like?

Anyone else having trouble walking into the Gribble house as Bill? Naturally playing as Bill means you're not allowed in the Gribble home, but I have Dale's dropped key from the Conspiracy Zone area, but when I walk in I glitch up to the top of the house, and I get stuck between invisible walls so I have to exit out and go back in. This stops me from completing the "Snack Rush" mission.

Same thing happens with Bobby sometimes even though he's a free entrance character.
