I don't know what they do in poor neighborhoods, but in wealthy areas they send all the kids who fight to reform school. They're monitored around the clock and can't even go to the restroom without security outside the door (to prevent drug use or suicide attempts).

Mentally ill, drug users, criminals, fighters, etc. all wind up in the same small reform school. It's a nice facility, but all the students are shit, so it's really awful regardless.

The show grew on me.
Its cliched as all hell but if you get past that it actually becomes pretty good. Last six episodes are honestly 10/10.
I'm usually not a fan of cliched shows but all the cliches are done so damn well.

It felt like it was both. They directly call the sword Daylight a number of times, but it's effects when striking Trolls was similar to the sun poison used by Angor and it clearly dealt damage differently from the other weapons used in the show.
