The Clone Wars version at least looks more like young Ahsoka grown up. The shape of her face is completely different in Rebels - Even though TCW had a very angular style, Ahsoka still had a square face and wide jawline even by that show's standards, both of which Rebels Ahsoka is completely lacking.

I like Rebels well enough, at least more than I did to begin with, but they really did fuck up with Ahsoka's design.
