What comic is this and why did they make Hillary look 30 years younger?
>>
>>88721761
Pretty much every comic with Red skull touting nazi superiority
>>
D'aw they have same chins.
>>
>>88721863
If they wanted us to hate him why did they make him so competent and charismatic, and set him against such hateable ideologies?
>>
>>88721947
You realize that's the whole MO of the Nazi party, right?

At first, they seem charismatic and everything, and argue about grievances that plague everyone. Then you agree with them, and then they talk about how the solution is to kill everyone.

If they were an obviously evil, dog kicking organization a la Cobra, nobody on /pol/ would fall for them.
>>
>>88722028
Yeah but the comics are clearly trying to portray an appropriately evil comical strawman and failing.
>>
>>88722028
it didn't help that they were so handsome too
>>
>>88722089
And had such nice looking outfits.
>>
>>88722112
Nazi fashion is fantastic. Fuck them for tainting everything cool from central Europe forever.
>>
>>88721863
>>88722058
/pol/ please
>>
>>88722028
>>88722089
>>88722112
But they didn't make the trains run on time now did they?
>>
>>88722171
It's Marvel's fault for making Red Skull the champion of every right of Noam Chomsky.
>>
>>88721803
They didn't, but making her 30 pounds fatter smoothed out the wrinkles.
>>
>>88722028
But they fuck that up. He starts off as a charismatic and likeable dude whose message people can relate to in a realistic sense, and then his plots turn out to be these cartoonishly evil schemes that just break suspension of disbelief. It's tough to describe, but it feels like they don't make enough of an effort with the "BUT HE'S ACTUALLY EVIL AND PEOPLE FELL FOR IT" bit. The second part just feels flat somehow. He doesn't come across as misguided; he comes across as bipolar.
Here's one for the OP.
>>
>>88722196

Why do americans encourage people to vote when only electoral votes matter?

Like the Holocaust?
>>

Why does anyone encourage people to vote when most of them have no idea what they're voting for?

>>

Because electoral college members are voted in by their districts and are, by law, supposed to vote as their collective district decides.

it's a slow ineffective system that makes it very difficult for the dead and illegal to cast their votes!

Are they? Because I heard that the electoral don't have to vote for the same person that the people vote for
>>
They wouldn't put him in a comic. He's the least popular president upon inauguration. It'd kill sales and clash with their policy of inclusiveness.

You can't have Kamala Khan and Trump in the same comic, unless it's her beating him up. Which I would pay for.

Before the truth of the Holocaust was shown to the American public, the average American thought of the Nazis as little more than buffoonish warmongers.

Groups like the Nazis want you to see them and their plans as cartoonish bullshit. They want you to think better of clowns than you do of them. Not taking them seriously makes them more of a threat - because no one ever expects them to gain power until they do.

You realize the electoral college is based on population and that an electoral blow out along with a popular vote loss is totally unprecedented, right? Bush/Gore was a razor thin margin. This was not, in either electoral or popular vote terms. And that Clinton's vote lead came primarily from California, which has the laxest requirements to verify citizenship to vote of any state?

That doesn't seem the slightest bit odd to you?

Trump fought against racist real estate boards in florida that restricted jews and black people from being members back in the 90's. He even trolled them by sending them copies of "Guess who's coming to Dinner".

He's been consistent in that he wants to sell luxury shit to super rich people, regardless of race, and give them what they want, regardless of fair housing and employment laws.

Disporportionate to population, yes.

This is by design. It was all part of the big state/small state compromises made at the founding. There were serious concerns about democracies devolving into a tyranny of the majority, because of failures going all the way back to classical greece.

The reason "globalist Jewish clique" was one of his talking platforms was because Germany was crippled by economic debt for paying reparations for WWI.

When the great depression hit America, it had rippling effects in Europe, especially for Germany as America was their biggest lender.

When America couldn't pay, Germany couldn't pay, and when Germany couldn't pay the French literally invaded. They did it numerous times. Google French occupation of Ruhr, and allied occupation of the Rhineland (which they only returned to Germany AFTER Hitler took power and began remilitarization in 1937).

Marvel evolved Doom during the 90's from a vain Commie dictator who is also a super scientist to a terrifying concept of "what if an isolationist dictatorship actually worked?" because Victor Von Doom's pride, vanity and ego would make sure that Latveria was a better country than America simply because Richards lived there and it spawned the Avengers. The trade is there is no freedom. It's an Orewellian nightmare. There is no poverty in Latveria because Doom wills it, but the moment you complain about Doom, you will never be seen again.

Most of the /co/ worship of Doom is because, at times, he's the best written character in Marvel. I'm from Minnesota, and literally everyone that actually voted cast their ballot for Trump, except for the collection of gays/trendy bisexuals/tans people who inhabit Minneapolis, which unfortunately has more people than the rest of the state combined.
That's the whole mob rule thing at it again, and why the electoral college is actually a good thing. There's enough rigamarole that you can't just get a large group of idiots piled together and shouting and have them get their way.
>>
>>88722517
The only people who believe this are people who HAVE to complain about something, and also happen to be liberal.

Different experiences, then. That's less than the number of times someone motioned for me to take off my earphones in the gym so they could talk about Jesus to me in the first few months I lived there, let alone all the other times it happened.

Yeah, it is. A straight dude wanted to start a GSA and his principal thinks it's ok to lay hands on him? He'd get fired for that based on any political belief up here.

It was never enacted and the guy behind it finally lost his spot, but when you see idiots thinking well we don't like gays, so if we ban talking about gay things there won't be gays and getting votes it's troubling.

I love how liberals act like they want to listen, to reach across the aisle, to hear our concerns and what we believe in, and then instead it's 'let's go to new places and not listen to opinions there either and pull the same dead rhetoric'.

A divisive population results in a divisive election. Trump was not popular with the republican power brokers, and the DNC leaks with the super invested sanders populists mean that the number of defectors is not suprising. But this is only a symptom. It would be worse to have a system that ignores the discontent until it reaches an explosive breaking point.

The USA has done unnecessary terrible things and great things. I believe the great things outnumber the unnecessary terrible things, and that while we have problems that really need addressing such as infrastructure and quality of life for the low end labor we need, that we're pretty fucking awesome still compared to any other country around our population and/or geographical size.

We shouldn't forgive or forget the shit we did, but when you wake up in the morning and realize that you have to compare us to shit countries like China or Russia, we're doing pretty okay.

Fair enough, compadre. I lived most of my life in the ass end of VA, so I can actually relate with you about redneck trailer trash who seem to've been born in camouflage gear.

Turns out the lower educated end of any given demographic is a horrifying thing to encounter, be they white or black.
>>
>>88723969
The depressing thing is, black culture has made blacks PROUD to be uneducated, and they're the only subculture that's done that, so when you see uneducated white kids they act the exact same way.

So really at the end of the day there is no black culture or white culture, it's just educated or uneducated.
>>
>>88724141
That's completely untrue. There's always been a proud section of America and perhaps European culture in general who disdain 'book learning' when all a man needs to know is how to farm, fish, and fix don't ya know.

Only there's a difference between painting jews as terrorists for no reason other than "they are doing pretty well", and literal terrorists coming into your country pretending to be victims, only to rob, murder and rape people in your country, turning neighborhoods into mini countries, where the law of the land doesn't apply, and instead the law is that of radical muslim countries. Jews were integrated to german culture, like they are now in any other country, these muslim entering countries now are trying to change them from within, they are the ones who hate western, christian culture.
Also, the orwelian governments we have now treating us as the villains and these terrorists as the villains.

Sure, Red Skull is clearly just using that threat to create an even more horrible socialist government, like the nazi government, but it doesn't mean the threat isn't real. You can have two sides of evil with different goals.

I would love to see Trump lose, but it wouldn't be funny in our current state.
Like it or not, they were the underdogs here, so if they lost... well, they got fucked again by the entitled, smug, self righteous leftists. Hillary, an even bigger egomaniac, richer and more powerful than Trump would be handed even more power besides being a corrupt person who can get away with anything.

>Hillary, an even bigger egomaniac, richer and more powerful than Trump would be handed even more power besides being a corrupt person who can get away with anything

See, that was my main concern, too. With Trump, if he fucks up, he fucks up. He takes responsibility for it. I have never seen Hillary take responsibility for anything she has been tied to. Not for gross negligence or knowingly setting up a private server, not for grand perjury, not for graft in her Wall Street transcripts, her FEC violations, her Clinton Foundation charity ratio, Benghazi, the list goes on.

As I said, if Trump fails, he can be impeached. He's walking a two party tightrope. Even with the GOP in most of the legislative branch, they know they can move to impeach if he screws up big. They'll come out unscathed compared to the left right now. But Hillary is un-impeachable. She wasn't even in the race to be President, she just wanted to escape possible indictment. If she had won, what would stop anyone from running regardless of how corrupt their connections are? They could print out every big banker that endorses them and they'd still be ensured votes. I'm not proud Trump is the winner, but I'm ecstatic that Hillary lost.

You know, unless you're rich and powerful, you're going t suffer as much or more than the the rest of the proles, you miserable fuckwit. The Rustbillies and the rest of the human detritus are already crying fat juicy tears because Trump hasn't thrown Hillary in jail, isn't building the wall, and won't declare open season on blacks, Mexicans, and Muslims; they're also maybe starting to suspect that the only jobs they'll be able to get are cooking meth and sucking cock.
