Found this wiki yesterday while looking up this old computer game I had as a kid. Keep in mind that 99.9% of the text on this page alone is complete bullshit, and these characters never appeared in anything except a single children's book and an interactive game version of the book.

Most of the "plot" detailed on the wiki involves the characters meeting Billy Joel and Journey and forming a Journey tribute band called Journey Kids. Also the comment section is filled with this dude talking to himself while pretending to be other wiki contributors.

Fuckin' autism, man.

Some more weird shit from this wiki. This is a character he made up and for some reason he gave her a backstory where most of her family is killed by an orca whale (which she later befriends.)

The rest of the article just goes into the same autistic minutiae about the character, but since most of the attributes he assigns to these characters appear to be based mostly on his own preferences and experience, it just makes me think he went through something really traumatic with an orca as a kid or something.

I visited a wiki and found it lacking so I spent half a decade reworking it to a respectable-looking one enough for the franchise's fanbase to shit or use as a bogeyman whenever a secondary shows up or blame us if someone's knowledge of the franchise is not accurate. That's how it starts, the belief that you can do some or add something good to a wiki.

One could say its autism, yes, something just calls you to "collect all this information and put it down so it can be searched and read about easily by others." And it seemed so easy at the time, both the wiki and franchise wasn't so big so there's no fear of being exhausted from collecting all the information out there (hence why I refuse to take part in a wiki that is already too big like the Wook), and at that time I really thought I could collect all known information that is non-frivolous to the universe (so no shit articles regarding chests or chairs like in the wook) as well as prevent shipping articles, and create a community to sustain the wiki even after I am gone. For the most part I succeeded, I left after all the shit I collected and all the articles I was planning to post on the wiki was lost after my computer crashed. Of course, the franchise is bigger now, and I'm glad I'm not as into it anymore because I might go mad since I was honestly the only one that added anything of worth to that wiki prior to me leaving. Now there's a few who add shit on their own, though they are slower than I ever was but that's just fine.

I kinda want to think "For what purpose should it be PG?", does he really want this be something the whole family can watch? It's really fucking weird how they treat these things as if they're complete original works, like it's their own feature length movie, when it's clear by the wiki article that it's just a clusterfuck of random cartoons, which by the story is literally the source material with nothing changed. It's like fanfiction with absolutely no effort besides just ctrl-c and ctrl-v the whole plot from the wikipedia pages. All this shit has no effort put into it, except maybe with editing, maybe, but even then a better use of time would be to do shit for local commercials.

But it really does piss me off how they treat this as if everything here is more legit than fanfiction, when we all know that even the most lazy fanfics made by people who literally barely know anything about the source material and just watched part of a random episode have more effort put into writing them than this bullshit, at least then some one actually has to think about putting something into a story and what to put into a story, how to start it, continue it, and end it, without resorting to just copying and pasting the entire plot section off wikipedia.
