Or he didn't need to break her out. She's from earth 2. Continuity on earth 1 won't affect her. The world will change around her as the timeline is altered, and she just has to walk out of the particle accelerator, assuming it's there anymore. So when Barry reverts the timeline, it will change around her, except she's now free having altered her position in space during the time changes. To Cisco, it would look as though she was there up until the time of her "escape" when she is essentially "blinked" fro his perspective. They probably won't tell Oliver and company because they don't want to give them any heartache over her and try to track her down on their own. Only to get distracted by Savitar and Aliens.
