Spoilered for AHH HE DID IT AGAIN
Let's fast forward a couple of years and catch up with MacNeil and company.
This story was placed smack dab in the middle of the Mutants in Mega-City One arc, which continued from Judge Dredd: Origins. A quick and spoiler-filled recap for anyone who hasn't read either:so Dredd went on a mission to the Cursed Earth to recover the stolen body of Chief Judge Fargo, the Father of Justice and his own clone father. As it turned out not only was Fargo still alive (although in suspended animation) but Dredd also ran into a family of mutant cousins of his who Dredd reckoned to be very good-willed, decent people at heart. At the end of the mission Fargo was brought back to life for a few hours and told Dredd the judges had basically fucked up big time, that their power was never meant to be temporary and that they had killed America. Shaken by his words, Dredd set out to try and change the city for the better, and started by campaigning for reappealing the laws forbidding mutants like his cousins entrance to the city. At the time of this story, Dredd's initial proposal had been rejected, but Christmas is a time for giving...

If you'd like to know how this little adventure ended, you can read the rest in Tour of Duty: The Backlash and Tour of Duty: Mega-City Justice.
Spoiler alert: things did NOT go as planned.
Let's have a laugh or two to counter all the doom and gloom. After all, we've barely even touched on the other most important part of Christmas: gifts!
Man, aren't gifts great? There should be more gifts! Always! Every day of the week! Let's have some more gifts, shall we?

>>88666765
>>88666787
>>88666812

Or else...
>>88664877
Is djimping even a crime?
I suppose it is now.
>>88668348
It is, usually because it involves wasting a judge's time since they have to investigate all claims of DJ activity. The only exception are official, legalized DJ-related attractions, like Mrs. Gunderson's spooky apartment tours.
>>88667424
Did someone say genocide?
>>88668673
It's just... oddly specific.
>>88664569
I never get tired of Arthur Ranson's art. I re-read Mazeworld recently, amazing comic.
>>88668673
IIRC Mrs Gunderson's spooky apartment tours have at times led to fatal accidents and lethal djimps too.
>>88669158
Yep. I think eventually they did shut it all down, though of course Mrs. Gunderson was never arrested. Such a nice old lady.
>>88667122
Okay, I laughed at this page...
>>88667380
But I *really* laughed at this one. Jesus, poor fucking Jared.
>>88665772
Those hubba hubbas will earn you hard time creep
Lucky for you it's Christmas so you might get away with a light beating
>>88670468
I'm dreaming of a black-and-blue Christmas~
Thanks Judge Anon, and a Merry Christmas to you good Sir.
>>88670664
This has me imagining Hershey's dirty talk.
>>88672015
Thanks a lot! Always a pleasure.
>>88672036
The woman is a 50+ year old virgin, I imagine any attempts at dirty talk would be just pacing around your room passing sentence on every single tiny bit of law-breaking she can find in a steely, gravelly voice.Just like in my dreams.
Bump!
>>88672883"I am the law. Do you think you can break me?"
>>88674194SO worth it.
>>88664877
I really hate the face Ezquerra gives Dredd, looks like someone drew a tiny mouth too high up on a moldy potato, and he pretty much looks the exact same in every panel. The rest of his art is pretty good though. He makes McGruder look pretty cute too,y'know, when he doesn't give her a forehead the size of a football field and manages to put her eyes within a mile of each other/spoiler]
>>88674445
Your post is so heinous and terrible there aren't even names for the criminal thoughts in it.
>>88664562
oh yay
>>88674445
>looks like someone drew a tiny mouth too high up on a moldy potato
can't unsee
>>88665022
Ennis sure loves his things stuck up butts jokes
Bumping with some more Chris Weston Hershey.
And one last bump before bed.
Bump so this doesn't 404 by the time I get to a computer able to read it without dying.
>>88664562
That architecture in the background is cool as fuck.
>>88664756
WHY ARE THEY BULLYING THE MEAN
>>88665636
oh my fuck

Thanks for this.
The Henry Flint living snowman story is pretty good too if people wanna check it out.
Bumping thread with a pack of cards my gf got me for Christmas.
>>88675613
Will he ever top The Great Arsoli?
>>88664580
>don't want our cover blown
>still wear judge helmet with insigna
I understand why they made Wally squad a special div.
>>88685543
>all dat glorious Ezquerra art
Fukken nice!
Thanks for the storytime judge anon.
>>88685942
I'm kinda tempted to put them in some sort of frame, as cheesy as it may look. Otherwise they'll probably just rot in my closet. Even the movie card is nice.
>tfw no head pat's from Dredd
>>88686907
Wow, Dennis the Menace still exists in Mega-City One.
thanks for another great christmas present JA
>>88686922
General Motors and Coca-Cola still exist too, at least if by exist you mean 'the products and remains of them rot in the Undercity.'
