Well for starters it's from volume 1. Look at this shot of Weiss, Ruby and Yang standing and then compare it to the height chart we were given in volume 2.
Weiss should go up to about Yang's eyes even with heels on instead of be about the same height as her without. In fact she should be slightly shorter than ruby as well.

This episode was 10/10

Check the scene of Weiss moving the furniture, including her huge bed. That's a good example of objects not having any mass or weight to them. She doesn't struggle or grunt. She just touches them and they slide effortlesly away.

That could have been done more dramatically. Monty would execute that move with a bigger gesture. Check out the Red trailer.

Anyway, the animation team is really close to capturing Monty's original style at this point. They just need to come out of the key poses faster to make the moves more fluid and they'd be just about nailing it.
