Garnet would probably be the best mom, although it would be a little awkward since she knows whenever you a jacking it. Lapis and Pearl would be too over protective. Amethyst is too lax. Rose and Peridot could be good, but I think they ultimately don't understand enough about the human condition to be good parents.
