Tbh, Atlas and Karla needed a redesign. It's either this artist that doesn't make them work, or their 90's costumes just don't translate well. Personally, I think it's a mix of both.

Why did they decide to use the Thunderbolts relaunch as a Bucky vehicle anyway? Yeah, in theory he fits right in, but why so much focus on him?

The T-bolts got a huge push to herald a glorious return, having more or less an entire event centered around them, a television guest appearance, and that daily gimmick of unveiling each member on the cover of the new book's first issue. Hell, Zemo even had a role in the Civil War movie, implying the team could eventually appear in the films.

And yet, the book they hyped the shit out of is mostly about Bucky. If I were part of the marketing team for this book, I'd be fucking pissed. As a T-bolts fan though, I'm just kind of disappointed. What a let down.
