The Frank Franking was pretty terrible, all told.

Stilt Woman isn't completely terrible, at least.

Still, Stilt Man dealt out some pretty brutal beatings to She-Hulk, Daredevil, even Spider-man a time or two. It was a shame for him to go out as a punchline.

Crusher Creel has never gotten due respect, and he'd be phenomenal in the MCU, (I'd cast him as Vin Diesel).
Top-tier powerset with the drawback that he's just not terribly bright.

Creel's great as a scalable villain too, he can fight the lesser heroes using the form of conventional materials, and then when Cap or one of the Heavy Hitters shows up, he can rise to their level for the big finale.
And then a clever hero who's not a powerhouse can trick him into losing.

Ignore the powers for a sec; his characterization's top-fucking-notch. If my folders were in better order I'd dump it all.
