2. in good comics clark kent acts like a bumbling dumbass, his posture and mannerism make people think it's impossible for him to be superman, even if they have similar features

This. There's some sketches the artist of ASSM did that made sense convincing people that Clark and Supes are different. Clark slouches a bit, and it makes his muscles look more shlubby than anything. Combine that with glasses and mussed up hair and it's enough to convince anyone not paying attention.

Plus which they killed off Clark in such a way that there won't be any future Daily Planet/Clark Kent type scenes, at most a Lois/DP.
