Korra. Korra was shit. At no point during the entire series did she ever do anything that could be considered good, despite the fact that she had an incredibly solid support network and an entire army of dead Avatars to call upon.

Wan have have considered himself a failure, but he was all alone and basically just had to play the entire thing by ear with no backup and no idea how to proceed. He did pretty well, all things considered.
