Though the voice can a lot to set the tone of a character.

For instance, I've been rolling around the idea of a Flex Mentallo adaptation.
In my ideal, each of the four parts would have a different art style and VA for Flex. In the first part, he's got a Dudley Do-Right voice, in Part three, he's voiced by Kevin Conroy.
