So anyway, I was thinking about some stuff from a couple years ago and remembered that kid with supervillain parents who decided to become a superhero to rebel against them.

As it turns out I've been made aware in the past week that there is a book series with the opposite plot of a girl who has superhero parents and became a supervillain by accident, only she's really good at being a villain.

Weird, huh?

I think a lot of our miscellaneous ideas might gain some ground if they were woven into other stories since not every character can be the main character. Well, they could, but that's more work then we'd ever hope to get done.

So where could the kid being a superhero with supervillain parents fit into any ongoing plots we have?

A human raised by witches with the intent of making a hybrid. The story took on a classical fairy-tale aspect last thread, and I mean classical as in how they used to be written with the monsters getting away with abducting children.

Anyway, they tattooed ruins onto her since their plan was to use to to create a magic spike on Earth, but then the demon portal to the planes inverted itself somehow and flooded Europe with magic, doing the witches' plan for them and leaving the girl as a "well, what do we do with her now?" position with the witches.

So they cast her aside, then their shit gets wrecked with their books burned and they want her back to wear her skin to get the power of the ruins they tattooed on her.

Or something like that.

The witch girl is something the seasons girls encounter.

But the character, to me at least, seems like they'd be a (and sorry for using this term) a "frenemy." Not quite a pure antagonist, and not quite an ally either. She could develop as a character to join as a "green ranger" over time though I think.

Run this by me again, since when are witches nonhuman and why? I don't see much narrative benefit to it. Rather than needing to establish and drum out witches as a distinct"race", I think it'd be better to capitalize on the whole classic fairytale aspect and use elves, if that's what we're trying to go for. There's even Dark Elves as an option by way of D'llallah.

She was pitched because we needed some antagonists for Britainment, and part of her motivation is that she's trying to kill the Summer girl so she can take her spot. There's a bit of stuff to work through before she can be friendly.

Namely, I figure she must have some spells among her tattoos that were meant as protection or healing that are now killing her because of the Inversion. She thinks that becoming the Summer rep would give her enough power to break them, so the most likely scenario for winning her over would be finding a way of breaking them for her.

I just don't feel like this is satisfyingly useful as a narrative convention. It raises obnoxious classification issues, like if the Golem Witch is a "human that's just called a witch" or "One of these people who are basically human in appearance but are not human because reasons". There's also the issue then of what, say, Adrianne is exactly. If these "Witches" are non-human just because they come from other planes, what does that imply about "humans" Erin meets?

As a narrative, we establish there are poser witches and actual witches.

This is easy to do. First day on the job, agents get a briefing and get told the difference.

You've gone off and gotten away from what we set out to do with this character in the first place: give the seasons girls an antagonist.

It's all part of her backstory. If witches come up later anywhere else in the setting then we'll already have some "lore" to build off of. If not, then this is a character specific backstory, and we have loads of those.

More importantly, we do need some names for the seasons girls so we can start figuring out who is who.

I think we'd be better off using backers for her that we can also use as antagonists. Say, for instance, if the whole reason this plot began was because the people who kidnapped her were salty about the Seasonal concord thing with humans getting to cozy up to powerful spirits and they wanted in on it, so they figured the best way to do so would be to convert a human and try to sneak them into it. Rather than it being a goal that was conveniently dealt with by the Inversion, we'd benefit from them still having a stake in this.

Especially with our "antagonist" being someone who's planned to convert to the good team anyway, leaving us again without any.

Part of the thing from last thread was the inversion also trapped the witches on Earth and took out most of their equipment/books/whatnot, leaving the girl as having the only copy of some very impotent runes tattooed on her hide. So she flees from them because they were going to skin her, then she tries to get in on the season things to use god magic to remove the runes or null them or whatever her deal ends up being.

I was thinking Welsh because her loving devotion to the past makes me think of the Welsh word Hiraeth - A longing for a home or place you cannot return to. With porn, usually all personality of an established character is striped away to make room for whatever the porn scenario is.
And our characters are already lacking with personality. With something from an established show/comic/series there's a huge benchmark set for what the character's personality should be and what their goals and motives are, but with characters here we decide every little thing about them and one smut pic can easily annihilate whatever identity any of our characters may have if becomes popular enough.

I'm not saying GG is for pure Christian values, but she's more than a meat fleshlight. Saying she's "/aco/ only" is a disservice to everyone.

It doesn't solely boil down to what gets drawn the most.

Was volunteer for a super soldier experiment via heavy cybernetic-implants including chest mounted weapons, unfortunately developed megalomaniacal tendencies and ran off to be a bandit lord in the deep wastes
The resistance would have a side-goal of hunting her down since she's a menace and a danger to the group since she knows the location of the HQ.

The character would also be naturally antagonistic to Briana since her biological superhuman physical abilities (& physique) would be rivaling her own.

The Evilverse isn't actually particularly bent more towards evil, it's just the name mainverse Conrad used because his interactions were mostly with their Colette, who he also decided to call Evilette.

I had no luck what-so-ever.

Every project eventually reaches a point where art becomes a REQUIREMENT for the project to continue.
Projects that can stay just one step short of that are the ones that are the longest lived.

Well there was a bunch of stuff that had been created but not entirely fleshed out. Like the details of how groups such as Los Lesbos or the Megacity and its forces were organised.

There's the Empress, then the nobles/upper class under her, then the regular people, then on the outer ring you've got the recently kidnapped and 'rehabilitated' wastelanders that have been processed and with the chance to one day perhaps move out of the slums through loyalty to the cult.
Their armed forces consist of J.U.S.T.I.C.E. who are somewhere between the elite special forces and a secret police force that watches everyone else to make sure they are abiding by the ways of the flat and roots out heresy wherever it may hide in the city.
Then you have the KNIGHT units, minimecha piloted aces and split into White KNIGHTs (guard the Megacity) and Black KNIGHTs (operate outside the city in the wastes).
And then you just have the regular army who benefit over forces seen in the wasteland due to having uniformly intimidating fascist body armor and service rifles (the regular army also has specialists along the lines of commando units and sniper teams, Carmilla and Arthur having been from those respectively)

I don't even remember that being a part of Arthur's origin but sure. He gets shot, Arthur thinks he's dead and makes a break for it, but he gets recovered by the DFC and becomes more machine than man, twisted and evil.
