It's too bad the movie was ass. The only good part about it was the animation. Which, interestingly, was outsourced to Laika and was their first film before they did Coraline.

How was Oogie bad again? All he was doing was regular HT stuff but didn't know Santa wasn't a monster.

I mean sure there was stuff like Kingdom Hearts and Oogie's Revenge that made him a full-on villain wanting world domination, but in the movie he was just a normal person being treated like an asshole for behaving like a usual citizen.
