Mainly, you can skip it if you aren't watching because the SG stuff is REPEATED in The Flash.

It's not actually the last 30 seconds, but the 2 or 3 incidence before are just repeated CGI effects implying that someone is trying to breach over from another multiverse, but that's just an off-hand line from Kara and you don't really need to sit through the episode (which won't otherwise make sense if you aren't watching the series) for those brief bits.

The current "Legion of Doom" (Merlyn, Darhk and Thawne) use the speedforce to collect the worst villains across the 4 shows to fully assemble the legion
