Yeah, except Unsounded is basically incomprehensible. The creator is a FANTASTIC artist and has amazing ideas, but she really needs an editor for the writing piece of it.

Gunnerkrigg is the other way: The writing is amazing, but the art (especially early on) is merely serviceable. It is a credit to Tom that his art has improved as much as it has.

But he's not a naturally gifted artist like some out there. His strength lies in his story, and the fact that he is FUCKING RELIABLE.

I don't think GKC has ever missed an update, ever. That's fucking amazing.

No. Occasionally her choreography gets over-ambitious and makes it hard to follow the flow of a fight scene. That has happened maybe 3 times in the entirety of the comic.
