Doesn't matter.
Ultraman has the massive advantage of actually using his powers against owlman unlike Superman who just stands there and tanks Batman's attacks until Bruce gets bored/distracted or dies of old.

As others have pointed out he would just immediately heat vision owlman and if he couldn't see him then or was worried about a fake he's just burn down the entire city at once.
