Fun Fact: Dan Slott got the job writing this because he was the only person at Marvel (he worked one of the shitty low-level intern jobs) that actually knew the property. It was set up on the old Star Comics licensed comic system for royalties, where the threshold to start getting royalties was very low.

The comic was a huge hit and made Slott and the others involved a ton of money.
