What are your favorite specials made by them?
Even though they're best known for their stop-motion works, I always gravitated more to their 2D stuff. I just always liked their drawing style.
So "Twas the Night Before Christmas" is my favorite.
Year without a Santa Claus and The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus are my go-tos. I watched Jack Frost a lot as a kid but haven't seen it lately.
Santa Claus is Comin' to Town is great but I'm sick of how much they play it on TV.

Why did they make that leprechaun one?
Santa Claus is Comin' to Town and Pinocchios Christmas as are my two faves.
Although not really Christmas related, I do really like Rudolph's Shiny New Year as well.

>The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus
Best character designs, & least Christmas centered, so I pick that one.
Why has no one else taken up the mantle of making claymation Christmas specials each year?

Man I remember watching this one as a kid. It was just disturbing and odd for me. That's all I can remember from it plus there was that weird crying girl in it that turns into a hag.
But anyway for me it's "Jack Frost". I love that little guy.

>Jack Frost
This one always pissed me off as a kid. Can't Jack ever catch a break?
Also, the human girl he falls for is named Elisa. Talk about one "i" away from irony.

Please talk about this, /co/. It's my favorite Rankin Bass movie and I've seen zero discussion on it ever. It's not very in-season, but I'd highly recommend Mad Monster Party.

That being said, what movie is that in OP's pic? Never seen it.
