Yeah Parallax and Coast City getting destroyed are canon, they mention Parallax fairly often

Spectre Hal and Warrior Guy were mentioned very briefly in GL #20 but I think that's the only time Warrior has been mentioned since GL Rebirth. I dunno if Spectre Hal is still canon or not, especially with Jim Corrigan back to being the Spectre

What they haven't really covered was WHO destroyed Coast City since Hank Henshaw was never Cyborg Superman post-Flashpoint, I guess they could just say it was Mongul

Except if Rebirth goes the way expected, that will be the case once again, since "Post-Flashpoint" is a lie and we're in an altered Post-Crisis continuity.

It took DC years to fix the post-crisis continuity, until they screwed everything up with Infinite Crisis.
