Your comic should become popular first, then once it has an audience you can, but not should, add some risque art. You shouldn't be afraid to draw a nipple or dongs, but you shouldn't be the one to do flat out hentai.

Leave that to other artists. It would be weird. Tasteful nudity is a hallmark of artists and is often the part of their career that is make or break and will establish their audience.

And every artist ever has drawn dirty things with their characters, just not everyone will admit it. Now, dirty could only mean implied sexy times or just softcore, not full on hardcore porn.
