Have you ever heard of Libgen? It's this Russian site.

You can also try a browser search for GetComicInfo, they might have them there, they tend to package stuff, or have single issues, so it's more likely the guy who runs it has a download package (like the old torrents where you could get a bunch of scans in one shot). I don't know if he has it, but it's a good reference to know about.

Libgen should definitely have it, but if you're not familiar with it, it's kinda of a pain to get used to searching on it.
